FRANKS: \nZucchini Rolls: Thinly sliced zucchini rolled with ricotta and mozzarella cheeses\, fresh basil\, atop a savory marinara sauce and drizzled with a roasted red pepper coulis. Potato brisket nacho: House cut potato slices\, baked golden brown\, served with a heap of smoked brisket\, drizzled in habanero peach bbq sauce and a fiery peach salsa garnish. \nSoup & Salad by PAPU CHOS: \nGazpacho\, Charred Tomato Mille-Feuille\, Goat Cheese Mousse\, Black Garlic. \nMain Course by LA CATRINA: \nGarlic-roasted chicken thigh\, whipped potato\, piperade\, anchovy crumb.
