Farm to Table Dinner in Downtown Jeffersonville
2025 Farm to Table Dinner Menu:
Passed Appetizers at 300 Spring by GAME ON THE RIVER:
Steak Frite Skewers topped with Bourbon Diane Sauce with a Huckleberry Pepper Jam & Brie Baguette. Vegetarian Option: Cubed Watermelon, Cucumber, & Feta Starter Salad with EVOO Balsamic Glaze.
Passed Appetizers at 300 Spring by H.M. FRANKS:
Zucchini Rolls: Thinly sliced zucchini rolled with ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, fresh basil, atop a savory marinara sauce and drizzled with a roasted red pepper coulis. Potato brisket nacho: House cut potato slices, baked golden brown, served with a heap of smoked brisket, drizzled in habanero peach bbq sauce and a fiery peach salsa garnish.
Soup & Salad by PAPU CHOS:
Gazpacho, Charred Tomato Mille-Feuille, Goat Cheese Mousse, Black Garlic.
Main Course by LA CATRINA:
Garlic-roasted chicken thigh, whipped potato, piperade, anchovy crumb. Vegetarian Option: Roasted Summer Vegetables, Polenta, Stracciatella, Balsamic Reduction.
Main Course by RED YETI:
Milk Braised Beef Rib, Creamy Farro Risotto, Roasted Vegetables, Herb Pistou, Ricotta Salata. Vegetarian Option: Parmesan Crusted Heirloom Tomato, Creamy Farro Risotto, Roasted Vegetables, Herb Pistou, Ricotta Salata.
Dessert by CHEF JAKE BROCKMAN:
A deconstructed peach cheesecake.

EVENT HOURS: Check-In, Appetizers, & Cash Bar at 6:00pm; Dinner Seating 6:40pm; Dinner 7:00-9:00pm
Enjoy a fabulous outdoor dinner with locally sourced food, prepared by local restaurants, served under the arch on Chestnut Street in Downtown Jeffersonville. Live music. Cost is $100 per person. There is a vegetarian option. Only 120 tickets available.
WE WILL NOT MAIL TICKETS SO AT CHECK-IN PLEASE SHOW YOUR TICKET ON YOUR PHONE OR BRING A PRINTED COPY. We start seating people at the dinner table at approximately 6:40pm (this can be a challenging process so please have patience.) The rain location for the dinner will be inside 300 Spring. Thanks!
