Jay Ellis attended an Indiana Main Street Council meeting to discuss downtown revitalization efforts being made across Indiana. Ellis was appointed to the council by Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch. In addition to her duties as Lt. Governor, Crouch also oversees the Indiana Office of Community & Rural Affairs (OCRA). Indiana Main Street is part of OCRA.
